Texas residents add .0825% sales tax to total order before shipping.
Shipping and handling charges for U.S. delivery only: $3.95 for the first book plus .95 cents for each additional book. If you want priority shipping or UPS delivery, contact me for those costs.  Sorry, no international deliveries.
